Dementia and Alzheimer's Risk Reduction
At Praventio Health, we understand that no two brains — or risk profiles — are the same. That’s why we take a deeply personalized, N-of-1 approach to dementia prevention, designed around your unique biology, lifestyle, and goals. Cognitive decline is not inevitable — and with the right interventions, many risk factors can be addressed long before symptoms appear.
A Comprehensive, Brain-First Approach — Personalized to You
Your journey begins with a data-driven evaluation of your current brain health and individual risk. This includes:
High-resolution brain MRI with volumetric analysis to assess anatomy and track changes over time.
Blood-based biomarkers to identify early neuroinflammation, vascular dysfunction, and neurodegeneration.
Genetic analysis (including APOE) to inform personalized risk strategies.
Neurocognitive testing to establish baseline performance across memory, attention, and executive function.
Together, these insights create a personalized cognitive risk profile—clarifying where your brain health stands today and where intervention can have the greatest impact.
We then develop a targeted prevention plan addressing the key drivers of brain health. Ongoing reassessment allows us to track progress and refine your plan over time.
Your care isn’t based on population averages—it’s based on you.

Cognitive decline is not inevitable — and with the right interventions, many risk factors can be addressed long before symptoms appear.
A Comprehensive, Brain-First Approach — Personalized to You
Your journey begins with a detailed, data-driven assessment to understand your individual risk and brain health status today. We combine:
High-resolution brain MRI with advanced volumetric analysis to evaluate brain anatomy and monitor changes in key regions over time.
Blood-based biomarkers to detect early signs of neuroinflammation, vascular dysfunction, and neurodegeneration.
Genetic analysis to assess risk-related genes (like APOE) and guide personalized strategies.
Comprehensive neurocognitive testing to establish your baseline cognitive performance — attention, memory, executive function, and more.
This multifaceted evaluation provides a personalized cognitive risk profile, showing both where your brain function stands right now and where your greatest opportunities for intervention lie.
We then create a tailored prevention plan, addressing the specific domains that influence your brain health — from metabolic and cardiovascular function to mental health, sleep, and environment. Most importantly, we repeat these assessments over time to measure your response and adjust your plan with precision.
Your care is not based on population averages — it’s based on you.

Gastrointestinal Health
"All disease begins in the gut" - Hippocrates

Although not ALL diseases begins in the gut, Hippocrates was correct in principle in that the gastrointestinal tract is foundational for health. Intestinal permeability and the gut microbiome are associated with many seemingly non-connected diseases such as anxiety, depression, brain fog, autoimmune disease, neurological issues, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and others.
We treat IBS, GERD, intestinal permeability (leaky gut), SIBO and other GI disorders where conventional therapies have not achieved the desired results. We do not, however, treat Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease.
Having personal experience with gastrointestinal issues, Daniel is passionate about helping patients get to the root cause of their gastrointestinal conditions. In addition, Daniel helps all patients to optimize their gastrointestinal function and microbiome as a key components of brain health, prevention and overall well-being.
The Heart-Brain Axis: A Vital Connection
Emerging science reveals a powerful link between cardiovascular and cognitive health. The heart and brain rely on each other through a constant exchange of signals and nutrients. When the heart functions well, it supplies the brain with the oxygen-rich blood it needs to perform at its best. But when circulation is impaired or inflammation is present, it can interfere with memory, focus, and long-term brain function. Protecting your heart isn't just about preventing heart disease—it's a critical step in preserving your brain function and quality of life.
