How much do you charge?

This varies depending on the type of service. Please contact us to setup an introductory call to discuss your goals and the services you are interested in.

Where are you located?

Praventio Health is a telemedicine practice. Appointments are completed from the comfort of your own home. Occasional in person visits or house calls may be possible in the Salt Lake, Miami, & New York City areas, however their availability is not guaranteed.

What about labs and other procedures?

Labs, imaging and procedures are completed at a medical center close to the patient's home. If desired, labs can often be drawn from your home or work.

Do you take insurance?

No, unfortunately insurance does not cover the time and resources required to practice this type of medicine. However, we can use your insurance for routine labs (Quest/Labcorp), medications or other conventional procedures such as a sleep study. We also are happy to provide you with a super bill of services rendered that you can give to your insurance company.
